Germany’s Federal Statistical Office (Destatis)의 발표에 의하면 2014년 1, 2월의  독일에서의 건물 허가는 전년 대비 6.7% 상승하였습니다. 2014년 1월에서 2월까지의 건축 분야에서 총수익은 10.4 billion euros로서 전년 대비 24.4% 성장하였습니다. 독일의 building construction과 civil & underground engineering 회사들이 주문 받은 2월의 총조정 가격은 지난해와 비교하여 3.2% 상승하였습니다. Building construction 수요는 10.8% 증가하였고, civil & underground engineering는 4.9% 하락하였지만 2013년 2월과 비교하면 총수익은 26.9% 상승하여 약 5.6 billion euros 이었습니다.
